Delivery Information

At NewTeleBazar.com, we believe in transparency, which is why our shipping policy is straightforward and free from hidden terms or special exceptions. Once you place an order, we process it quickly and arrange delivery across Pakistan through our extensive network.

While we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, law and order situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we make every effort to minimize these delays. To ensure smooth processing, please provide a complete and accurate billing address.

Delivery Process

  • All orders are delivered by our employees and require a signature upon receipt.
  • If you live in an apartment building, please provide full address details. If an authorized person signs for the package on your behalf, the delivery will be considered successful.
  • If no one is available at your home to receive the package, we recommend using your work address for delivery.
  • We offer same-day delivery in many cities, depending on stock availability.
  • Deliveries are made every day of the week (Monday to Sunday), except on public holidays.

Important Notes

  • Once a package has been delivered, it cannot be rerouted to a different address.
  • Customers can also choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse in Islamabad.

Product Quality & Returns

We make every effort to accurately display the colors, design, and quality of our products. However, variations may occur due to different screen displays. These minor differences do not impact product performance or quality.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept delivery and contact our support team immediately.
